5 am meetings and constant Slack spam might seem like obstacles, but to us, they're just part of the fun. We're a diverse group of Web3 builders spread across 7 countries, constantly learning from each other and tackling tough challenges together. It's not always easy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

We practice truthful and transparent communication. As a fully remote team across 7+ countries, we should always risk over-communicating than under-communicating. We are open to sharing concerns and having healthy debates providing it's never personal and always respectful.

We’re all about the "work hard, play hard" motto. We are proud of the effort and work we're doing but we should also remember to have fun whilst doing it.
