Building the future of vesting, on-chain
As ex-VCs and private investors, we knew that there is no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to vesting. Each Web3 organization and project has its own needs and use cases. That’s why we adopted a community-first approach, working directly with users to build and grow the ultimate personalized token management solution.A decentralized group of builders working to make vesting easier
5 am meetings and constant Slack spam might seem like obstacles, but to us, they're just part of the fun. We're a diverse group of Web3 builders spread across 7 countries, constantly learning from each other and tackling tough challenges together. It's not always easy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

What we believe in:
"Be like water"
We are flexible and formless, with the capability to shape-shift and adapt to any situation that presents itself, knowing that each situation is an opportunity to grow and change.
Always be learning
We find time outside of our daily execution to be curious, discover, stay hungry and innovate, allowing us to expand our perspectives and take advantage of new and existing technologies.
User-centered
We listen to our users and treat every detail as an opportunity to guide and inform product improvement. We don’t expand where we don’t see demand.
Take ownership
For every piece of work we do, we step up to the plate, take control of the task at hand, and take full responsibility for the triumphs and failures. We treat it like we own it in order to pursue excellence.
Embrace transparency
We practice truthful and transparent communication. As a fully remote team across 7+ countries, we should always risk over-communicating than under-communicating. We are open to sharing concerns and having healthy debates providing it's never personal and always respectful.
Be passionate
We’re all about the "work hard, play hard" motto. We are proud of the effort and work we're doing but we should also remember to have fun whilst doing it.
